01. Acceptance
By creating an account or playing any game on ARCATRAZ, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
02. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Players under 18 need permission from a parent or guardian, particularly for tournament entry involving prize money.
03. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per player — smurfing or ban evasion may result in permanent suspension from the facility.
04. Fair Play
Cheating, exploiting bugs for competitive advantage, using unauthorized third-party software, or match-fixing is strictly prohibited. Violations can lead to score resets, ranked bans, or account termination without refund of any purchased items.
05. Lockdown Events & Prizes
Entry into paid or ranked events requires meeting the listed eligibility rounds. Prize pools are distributed within 30 days of a bracket's completion, pending anti-cheat review. ARCATRAZ reserves the right to disqualify entrants found in violation of Section 04.
06. Virtual Items
In-game currency and cosmetic items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of official event prize distribution.
07. Conduct
Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse toward other players or staff, in chat, voice, or usernames, is grounds for suspension. We aim to keep the yard playable for everyone.
08. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
09. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the support address listed in your account dashboard.
